Continuing  our tradition of welcoming workouts open to all Uechi-ka.  

All ranks and ages welcome.   

Location:  Twinbrook Community and Recreation Center Gymnasium, Rockville MD 

• Parking:  Free, Onsite
• Nearest Metro stop:  Twinbrook

Cost:  Free.   (Donations welcome via Zelle to wkadojo1996@gmail.com)

Restrooms/Changing:  Available in the building

Schedule (subject to change):  

• 9:30 am — 11:00 - All ranks group workout 
• 11:00 — 11:20 - Group photo, break & socializing (snacks and water provided)
• 11:20 — 12:30 pm - Partner Hojo-undo, all ranks 
• 12:30 — 1:30 - Lunch (provided)
• 1:30 — 3:00 - Kihon, Kumite, Bunkai (TBD)
• 3:00 — 3:15 - Break
• 3:15 — 4:30 - Kata: individual feedback and small group analysis
• 4:30 - Wrap up & Clean up:  Time for follow up questions, etc.
