Uechi Ryu Karate Do Kokusai Kyokai
The Washington Karate Academy is proud to be member of the Uechi Ryu Karate Do Kokusai Kyokai. Master James Thompson, 10th degree black belt, is the founder and president of the Kokusai Kyoshi. Master Thompson began his training at the Futemna Dojo in Okinawa Japan and studied directly with Master Kanei Uechi.
